Q: Do I need to have any coding experience?
A: Absolutely NOT! We show you how to do everything needed to get your website up and running.
Q: I’m a beginner – does this course cater for me?
A: Yes, all our courses have step by step instructions as shown in each curriculum. We show you how to do everything, you really can’t go wrong if you follow the lectures. If for some reason you do need help we’ll be there to assist you.
Q: How long are the lectures in your courses?
A: We have broken the lectures into bite sized videos that are easy to digest and follow. Generally speaking they are 3-8 minutes long.
Q: How long are these courses?
A: Each course is different, however we have packed in as much content as required into every course. Most have over 4 hours of content and other courses much more. The courses can be completed at your leisure. So you may need to allow more time to consume the course based on your consumption preferences.
Q: When does the course start and finish?
A: It is a completely self-paced online course – you decide when you start and when you finish. For example you could finish all the videos in under 3 hours (by doubling the video playback speed…yes this is easily done from within the course) or you can take your time and complete the course over a few weeks…the choice is yours. We’ll be here to help you with any questions you may have about the course along the way.
Q: I’ve used WordPress before – what does this course offer me?
A: It provides a catalogue of information about Wordpress in a well structured curriculum at your fingertips at all times. This includes a whole section on how to take your website to the next level, tips and troubleshooting on why your website may not be running optimally and how to fix that. It will give you a tool to help up-skill others in your team, plus a whole lot more.
Q: Do I get a certificate at the end of the course?
A: Absolutely! We believe in rewarding good work, so on completion of this course you’ll receive a certificate of completion and an online badge highlighting the fact that you are competent in that specific subject matter. The more courses you complete the more certification you will receive.
Q: Do you offer support during this course?
A: Of course we do! We are ready to answer your questions and solve any problems that may arise regarding the course content. Use the Q&A section found inside the course or if you use the “Contact Us” form, choose “STUDENT QUESTION” in the reason box.
Q: Is there any telephone support for the courses?
A: We do not offer telephone support for our courses. In our experience, the written record created by a text-based ticketing system solves problems efficiently and effectively, and archives those solutions for future reference in a way that telephone conversations can never do.
Q: How long do I have access to the course?
A: How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own.
